  • A Note from Daniel

I came to the law later in life. After a brief stint as an actor and then studying social work, I joined Osgoode Hall Law school in my late 30’s. As a mature student at Osgoode, I already had some experience managing competing intergenerational interests and plenty of experience untangling complex family issues. But I also cemented and deepened a commitment to helping.

In law, as in life, everything is predicated on relationships. Be they between your friends and family and you, or social systems and you, relationships define so much of us.

My goal is to build and preserve relationships. Estates law, whether it’s administering an estate, planning for your legacy, or applying to be a guardian, is about helping the helpers.

And it’s with that in mind that this law practice has a simple goal: to help you sleep better. We take care of you, so you can take care of yours.

It’s a privilege to do this work, and it’s one we take seriously. So if you need some help, or an effective collaborator, you can count on us.

We aim to keep your costs low, and your peace of mind intact.

Let us know if we can help.
